Corn Muffins With Jalapeno Jelly - cooking recipe

1 c. flour
1 c. corn meal
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 egg
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. corn oil
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
1/4 c. jalapeno pepper jelly
Preparation

Mix flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder and pepper flakes. Whisk together egg, milk, oil and corn.
Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredients.
Mix lightly.
