Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    1 egg yolk (room temperature)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, bring milk, cinnamon, brown sugar and salt to boiling.
    Add some raisins now, if desired.
    Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 35 to 45 minutes, or until rice is tender.
    Stir occasionally.
