Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag Fritos corn chips
1 can cream of mushroom soup (add 1/2 c. water and 1/4 c. milk)
1 bottle taco sauce or enchilada sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain fat.
Layer corn chips, ground beef, green chilies and mushroom soup mixture in casserole dish.
Repeat until all is used.
Pour sauce over top and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
