Hash(Two And One-Half Gallons) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pork
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1 1/2 lb. onions, chopped
    2 lb. potatoes, chopped
    1 gal. tomatoes (canned)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. mustard
    red pepper
    salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Boil pork and beef (save broth).
    Grind up meat.
    Add other ingredients.
    Simmer all day adding broth as needed.
