Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. milk
    4 c. thinly sliced raw Irish potatoes
    1 small can pimentos, chopped
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix together soup and milk.
    In casserole layer potatoes, onion, pimentos and soup mixture.
    Top with grated cheese and dot with pimento.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 covered for about 45 min and uncover last 15 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
