Cottage Cheese Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 carton cottage cheese
5 eggs
2 pkg. George Washington broth
1 pkg. Lipton dried onion soup mix
1 large onion, diced
1 stick oleo, melted
6 or 7 c. Special K cereal
nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix well and bake until brown at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes in greased flat pan.
