8 servings mashed potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. sour cream
4 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Prepare mashed potatoes.
Set aside.
Melt butter and cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over mashed potatoes and mix.
Spoon into a greased casserole dish.
Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
