Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. lime jello
    3 c. boiling water
    1 carton cottage cheese
    1 large can crushed, drained pineapple
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix jello with boiling water.
    Place in refrigerator until it begins to set, then add remaining ingredients.
    Place in refrigerator and let it set until firm.
    This makes a large salad. Serve on lettuce leaf with a scoop of Cool Whip and a cherry on top.
    Can be used as a dessert this way.
