Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt margarine in 9
    X 13 pan while preheating. Put flour, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in baggie. Place a few diced potatoes at a time in bag and shake to coat. Place potatoes in single layer in pan. Bake for 1 hour; turn once during baking.
