Dietetic Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. unsweetened white grape juice
1 c. water
1 pt. strawberries
1 small pkg. sugar-free jello
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine grape juice, water and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until clear.
Mixture will not thicken.
Remove from heat.
Stir in jello until dissolved.
Chill in bowl in refrigerator until partially set.
Stir in strawberries.
Spoon into pie shell.
Chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, until set.
