Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 potatoes, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 chopped onion
    2 pats butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Scald enough milk to cover 3/4 of potatoes.
    Layer potatoes. In between layers add salt, pepper, chopped onion, butter and flour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes covered 1 1/2 hours or until brown.
