Crunchy Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rolled oats
    1 c. sunflower seeds
    1 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1 c. coconut
    1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. honey
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    In small pan bring to boil the honey, oil and cinnamon. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Spread on 2 greased cookie sheets or jelly roll pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, stirring often.
    Watch closely the last 10 minutes so it doesn't get too brown.
    Cool undisturbed and crumble.
