Ham And Potato Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced, peeled cooked potatoes
1 c. diced cooked ham
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of white pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Combine potatoes, ham and onion in a greased 1-quart casserole.
Set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in flour until thick and smooth.
Gradually, add milk, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.
Add cheese, salt and pepper and stir until cheese melts.
Pour over potato mixture and gently stir to mix.
Garnish with parsley.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
