No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and sugar into large bowl; blend in shortening by hand pastry blender.
    Mix water, juice, beaten egg and mix in with fork by making 3 or 4 holes in flour mixture and pouring equal parts in each.
    Bring all together in a ball with hands; put 1/2 on 2 wax papers and form into 2 tight balls.
    Put in refrigerator until chilled.
    Each ball makes 2 crusts; cut in half and roll between 2 sheets of wax paper.
