Sausage Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. meal
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
1 lb. sausage

Preparation

Blend shortening with dry ingredients.
Add milk and mix well. Turn onto a floured surface and knead about one minute.
