Margaret'S Irish Breakfast Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chilled butter, diced
    1 c. whipping cream or milk
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together and cut with butter until small crumbs.
    Add cream or milk, eggs and raisins.
    Dough will be sticky.
