Velveeta Cheese Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. unsweetened cocoa
    2 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts, chopped, if desired
Preparation
    Melt together Velveeta and margarine in the top of a double boiler.
    Then, add cocoa, sugar, vanilla and chopped nuts. Continue stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
    Pour into 9 X 13 pan.
    Let cool and cut into squares.
