Tuna Pecan Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. lightly toasted pecans, chopped
1/4 c. water chestnuts, coarsely chopped
3 c. white tuna, drained and flaked
1/4 c. celery, chopped
salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, coating well.
If salad is dry, add more mayonnaise.
Serve as a sandwich or as a salad on a bed of lettuce.
