Down South Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 (5 lb.) pork roast
    1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
    2 c. water
    5 cloves
Preparation
    Put one sliced onion in bottom of crock-pot.
    Add meat, cloves and water.
    Cook overnight on low.
    Remove meat from bone and return meat to crock-pot, adding barbecue sauce.
    Cook additional 2 hours on low, stirring occasionally.
    Serve from crock-pot onto large buns.
