Ginger Sauced Carrots(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
2 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 c. sliced, toasted almonds
Preparation
-
In microwave dish, stir together all ingredients, except almonds.
Cover and cook on High for 12 to 14 minutes or until carrots are tender.
Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
