Gringo Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 small can Ranch Style beans
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    onion (optional, browned with meat)
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain. Add back to skillet. Heat all ingredients together until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips or taco shells.
