Chicken Luau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks with juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange chicken breasts in baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
    In a small bowl, drain pineapple juice into cornstarch; blend until smooth.
    Add pineapple chunks, brown sugar and ginger; pour over chicken breasts, coating them well.
    Bake for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with sauce in the pan.
