1 chopped onion
oil
1 c. sherry
1 can golden mushroom soup
Preparation

Cut steak into bite-sized chunks.
Saute steak and chopped onion in oil until onion is clear.
Drain grease.
Add sherry. Simmer for one hour in covered skillet.
Add golden mushroom soup. Cook 15 more minutes.
Serve over rice.
