Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
6 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
6 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes, eggs, 6 tablespoons margarine, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar in bowl; mix well.
Spoon into casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Mix cornflakes, pecans, brown sugar and remaining melted margarine in bowl.
Spread over sweet potatoes.
Bake for 10 minutes longer.

6 servings.
