Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. each: pepper, oregano and Tabasco
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Drain liquid from 1 jar artichokes into a frying pan.
    Drain other jar.
    Chop artichokes and set aside.
    Add the onion and garlic to the frying pan and saute until onion is limp.
