Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1 c. rice
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 c. tomatoes
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chops.
    Brown chops in fat.
    Brown rice in 1/2 cup of oil and drain.
    Place back in frying pan.
    Add chili powder, salt, ketchup and tomatoes.
    Add chops.
    Cook, covered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
