Mulligan Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lb. beef, cubed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans water
    3 carrots, sliced
    3 potatoes, cubed
    2 onions, sliced
Preparation
    Brown beef in pot with oil over medium heat; salt to taste. Add soup and water.
    Cover tightly; let cook slowly for 1 hour. Add carrots, potatoes and onions; cook until tender.
