Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. finely chopped dates
1 c. English or black walnuts
Preparation

Beat egg whites stiff.
Slowly beat in 1 cup sugar.
Fold in cracker crumbs.
Fold in coconut.
Fold in dates and nuts.
Drop by teaspoon.
Can top them with 1/2 red cherry.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
As soon as edges are tan, shift to upper shelf.
They bake fast.
