Top Of The Stove Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground meat
    2 onions, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large can tomato sauce
    4 c. raw rice
    5 c. water
    1 large head cabbage, shredded
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    season to taste
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Season meat well; brown with onions, bell peppers and celery. Add tomatoes, sauce, rice and shredded cabbage.
    Put extra seasoning because rice and cabbage will absorb seasoning.
    Add the 5 cups water; cook, covered, on low heat until cabbage and rice are done.
    Serves about 10.
