Infallible Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. long grain, raw white rice
    2 c. hot chicken broth or broth from bouillon cubes
    2 or 3 stalks celery (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until transparent.
    Add broth or make broth from bouillon cubes and water in same utensil, keeping onions in same utensil.
    Add rice to hot broth and onions and bring to boil.
    Put mixture in casserole, cover and bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Feeds 4 hungry or 6 polite people!
