Honey-Mustard Swordfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) swordfish steaks (1-inch thick)
    1/4 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Arrange steaks in a baking dish.
    Combine wine and next 3 ingredients.
    Pour over steaks.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Remove steak from marinade, reserving 1/4 cup.
    Place marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
    Place on grill over medium hot coals.
    Place steak on rack; cook 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork, turning once and basting frequently with marinade.
    Yield:
    4 servings (189 calories and 30% fat per serving).
