Jo'S Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large, very ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
    1 onion, finely minced
    1 green pepper, finely minced
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 small clove garlic, mashed or minced
    1/2 c. French dressing (1 Tbsp. wine vinegar, 3 Tbsp. olive oil, salt and pepper)
Preparation
    Mix all of the above ingredients; test seasoning and chill. Serve in small mugs or glasses with ice cubes.
