Shrimply Great Mold(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    20 salad shrimp, cooked, peeled and coarsely chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, grated
    3/4 c. celery, diced finely
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water; set aside.
    In a saucepan, heat soup; add gelatin mixture; stir until dissolved.
    Add cream cheese; remove from heat.
    Beat until well blended.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a well-oiled 1-quart mold; chill until firm.
    Serve portion on a crisp lettuce leaf; garnish with a lemon twist.
