Quick Coconut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. softened butter
    2/3 c. water
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and butter. Add water, lightly beaten eggs, drained pineapple, almond and coconut extracts; mix well, then fold in coconut and pecans. Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. Cool a bit before removing from pan.
