Cheese Stuffed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) loaf sourdough, French-style bread
1/2 c. butter
6 medium cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. sesame seed (optional)
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. dry parsley
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
Preparation

Cut bread in half lengthwise.
Hollow out both pieces of bread and set removed portions aside.
Melt butter over low heat.
Add pieces of bread that were set aside and cook until golden.
At the same time, also add garlic and sesame seed.
When it turns golden, remove from heat.
Now add sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
