Feather Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 yeast cake
    4 c. flour
    2 well beaten eggs
Preparation
    In a bowl, add oil, sugar and salt to milk.
    When lukewarm, add yeast.
    Stir well and add eggs and enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    Cover and let rise until double.
    Punch down and put in muffin pans.
    Let rise.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes approximately 24 to 30 rolls.
