Parmesan Potato Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. melted oleo
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    6 medium potatoes
    Italian seasonings
Preparation
    Slice potatoes into rounds.
    Pour oleo into 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
    In plastic bag, combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper. Shake a few slices to coat with flour mixture.
    Single layer over butter.
    Turn slices over and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, approximately 30 minutes until tender.
