Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) roast
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
    1 to 1 1/2 qt. water
    1 tsp. soy sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Brown roast in iron skillet on both sides (no need to add oil). Remove from skillet and put into 4-quart pressure cooker. Add other ingredients. Put 1 cup water in iron skillet and stir to loosen any drippings, then pour into cooker with meat. Cover and pressure cook for 1 hour or until meat is tender. Remove from broth and put meat in covered serving dish.
