Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frozen hash browns
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix all but butter and Ritz crackers.
Spread in casserole dish.
Melt butter and mix with crackers; put on top.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
