"Drunken Cranberry" Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags fresh cranberries, sorted and washed
    1/3 c. cognac or other brandy
    1/3 c. Amaretto
    1/3 c. Grand Marnier
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into a Pyrex or Corning Ware baking dish.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Stir twice during baking time.
    Cool slightly.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Great with turkey, ham, pork roast, chicken, etc.
