Butterflied Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lb. leg of lamb, boned and butterflied
    2 cloves garlic, sliced and inserted into lamb
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. mint jelly
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine vinegar, jelly, sugars, butter and lemon juice.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add mustard and salt.
    Pour over lamb. Cover and marinate 3 to 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Before grilling, drain and reserve marinade.
