Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans (15 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. pineapple juice or more
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted margarine
Preparation

Drain cans of pineapple and place in a casserole bowl.\tCook flour, pineapple juice, sugar and egg until slightly thickened. Pour over pineapple chunks and mix.
Top with grated cheese.
Mix crushed Ritz crackers and margarine and put on top of cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
