Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 lb. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake at 375\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour.
