Mocha Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. freeze-dried coffee
    1/4 c. rum
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. fine vanilla wafer crumbs
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Dissolve coffee in rum and water in a bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Roll in balls, using a rounded teaspoonful of mixture for each.
    Store in a tightly covered container for several days.
    Roll in additional confectioners sugar.
