Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
    24 soda crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Use small amount of oil to saute onion.
    Cool.
    Mix all ingredients together in a baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    If there is an excess of oil drain off.
    May be served hot or cold.
