Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 beaten eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. baking powder
raisins (optional)
Preparation

Mix flour with soda.
Add oil.
Stirring constantly, add rest of ingredients.
Pour into ungreased large pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
After cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
