Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. thawed hash browns
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Combine crushed corn flakes and margarine for topping. (Ritz crackers or canned onion rings can be substituted.)
