Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
10 oz. spaghetti
15 oz. tomato puree
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Cook and drain spaghetti; add butter, cheese and eggs.
Form into crust in a 10-inch glass pie pan, buttered.
Spread Ricotta cheese on spaghetti crust.
Fill pie with meat sauce.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese (shredded) over top.
Bake 7 minutes longer, until cheese melts. Let stand a few minutes before slicing.
