Pepper Potatoes(A Change From The Regular Home-Fries.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes (amount family will use)
1 large Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Peel potatoes.
In frying pan, melt margarine.
Spread layer of potatoes in bottom of pan.
Liberally salt and pepper.
Spread second layer and again salt and pepper.
Repeat for all layers. Cover and cook on low to medium heat; occasionally stir.
Serve when potatoes are soft.
Serve with pork sirloin, pork chops or beef tenderloin.
