Presbyterian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. lean ground meat
    3 medium onions, chopped in blender
    1/2 lb. crackers
    pepper to taste
    chopped celery greens off 1 bunch
    6 eggs
    approximately 2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Form ingredients into meatballs (approximately 75 meatballs). Place in large roaster.
